Please note that I repaired the array by stopping it and reassembling
without badblocks maps:
# mdadm --assemble -U force-no-bbl /dev/md126 /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdc1 /dev/sdd1 /dev/sde1 /dev/sdf1
I ran fsck on it and repaired multiple-owned blocks. It's been running
smoothly since then, even under kernel 5.16.9. I'm not sure the
following information will be useful now.
