Subject: [PATCH v2] tty: serial: serial_txx9: remove struct uart_txx9_port

It's only a wrapper to struct uart_port, so unwrap the whole code.

No change in functionality is intended.

Signed-off-by: Jiri Slaby <jslaby@...e.cz>
---
[v2] nothing changed, this is just a resend -- this patch depended on
"serial: make uart_console_write->putchar()'s character an unsigned
char" which was not applied yet last time I submitted this.
