Subject: [RFC PATCH v2 07/10] x86/sgx: Define error codes for ENCLS[EUPDATESVN]

Add error codes for ENCLS[EUPDATESVN], then SGX CPUSVN update
process can know the execution state of EUPDATESVN and notify
userspace.
