Subject: [PATCH bpf-next] bpf: Simplify check in btf_parse_hdr()

Replace offsetof(hdr_len) + sizeof(hdr_len) with offsetofend(hdr_len) to
simplify the check for correctness of btf_data_size in btf_parse_hdr()
