Subject: [RFC PATCH v2 5/8] tools/nolibc/types: Implement `offsetof()` and `container_of()` macro
Implement `offsetof()` and `container_of()` macro. The first use case
of these macros is for `malloc()`, `realloc()` and `free()`.
