make allmodconfig
make dtbs_check DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/arm/msm/qcom,kpss-gcc.yaml
And now in next you can do just the filename or a pattern:
make dtbs_check DT_SCHEMA_FILES=qcom,kpss-gcc.yaml
