Please yes, let's have a cycle in -next.  I thought we decided to do
that in discussion with Matthew Wilcox?

Also, sorry, but I'm not seeing many commonly-seen names amongst the
reviewers.  I'd be more comfortable if people who have done most work on
page reclaim up to this time have had time to review and comment.
