Subject: [PATCH] iommu: add null pointer check

From: Lv Ruyi <lv.ruyi@....com.cn>

kmem_cache_zalloc is a memory allocation function which can return NULL
when some internal memory errors happen. Add null pointer check to avoid
dereferencing null pointer.
