Could you please change dpu_plane_format_mod_supported() to use this
function? This function plus dpu_plane_format_mod_supported() change
should go to a separate commit.

The more I looked into this, the more I hated adding NULL to each and
every _VIG_SBLK. So I came with the following suggestion:
Please rename this define to _VIG_SBLK_ROT(). Define _VIG_SBLK having
old set of arguments, passing them directly to _VIG_SBLK_ROT() and
adding NULL for rot_cfg. I think this will be easier to handle and to
review.

If we use features & BIT(DPU_SSPP_INLINE_ROTATION), we don't need this

You remember, I thought that we might be able to use a common mask here
and in drm_rotation_simplify. As it's not the case, let's move
rot_supported calculation here.
You won't need to store any additional data in the dpu_sspp_cfg, please
check the features' DPU_SSPP_INLINE_ROTATION bit.
