Subject: [PATCH 01/11] crypto: hisilicon/qm - add register checking for ACC

Add register detection function to accelerator. Provided a tool that

e.g.
    cd /sys/kernel/debug/hisi_zip/<bdf>/zip_dfx
    cat diff_regs
