Yes, except your indentation is off. As-is, it's all 'description'. It 
should be like this:

  ti,beta-compensation:
    description:
      value to select beta correction range.
    $ref: /schemas/types.yaml#/definitions/uint32
    minimum: 0
    maximum: 15
