This is an old v4l2-compliance (at least almost 2 years old based on this text).

Please compile v4l2-compliance from the v4l-utils git repo and make sure you
see a proper SHA value here. I don't accept v4l2-compliance results without a
valid SHA, since without that I can't tell which version you are testing with.
