Subject: [PATCH 3/4] soc: visconti: Add Toshiba Visconti AFFINE image processing accelerator

Adds support to AFFINE image processing accelerator on Toshiba Visconti ARM SoCs.
This accelerator supoorts affine transform, lens undistortion and LUT transform.
