Ideally, this should be done before mmc_add_host(), for example by using
sdhci_setup_host() + __sdhci_add_host() instead of sdhci_add_host(), and
putting dwcmshc_rk35xx_postinit() between sdhci_setup_host() and
__sdhci_add_host().
