It is because of this:

include/linux/iommu.h: *        IOMMU_DOMAIN_BLOCKED    - All DMA is blocked, can be used to isolate
include/linux/iommu.h:#define IOMMU_DOMAIN_BLOCKED      (0U)

noaccess might be clearer
