MADV_UNMERGEABLE and MADV_MERGEABLE usually appear in pairs, MADV_UNMERGEABLE cannot
appear alone. I mean MADV_UNMERGEABLE is used to unmerges whatever it merged in the
specifed range, not to disallow merging.
