Subject: [PATCH] mm: use PAGE_ALIGNED instead of IS_ALIGNED

The <linux/mm.h> already provides the PAGE_ALIGNED macro. Let's
use this macro instead of IS_ALIGNED and passing PAGE_SIZE directly.
