this issue is reported by our tester.
this issue only happens with some kinds of headsets which says it support eSCO but seems no actually.
it can be reproduced by UBUNTU BT settings UI

D1/D0 @retrans_effort within @esco_param_cvsd are wrong compared with present below definition:
static const struct sco_param sco_param_cvsd[] = {
	{ EDR_ESCO_MASK | ESCO_HV3,   0xffff,	0xff }, /* D1 */
	{ EDR_ESCO_MASK | ESCO_HV1,   0xffff,	0xff }, /* D0 */
};

additionally, based on BT core spec:
0x00 No retransmissions (SCO or eSCO connection allowed)
0x01 At least one retransmission, optimize for power consumption (eSCO connection required).
0x02 At least one retransmission, optimize for link quality (eSCO connection
required)
0xFF Don’t care (SCO or eSCO connection allowed)
All other values Reserved for future use

for SCO, @retrans_effort is 0x00 or 0xff, must not be 0x01.
thanks
