Since there is no NXP maintainer for the i.MX rtc drivers,
I took whoever was in the MAINTAINERS file.

I had a chat with Aisheng Dong and he is OK being mentioned
as maintainer for all the binding docs related to SCU, not just this
one.

I'll send a new version.
