Subject: [PATCH v2 42/42] KVM: selftests: Drop unused SVM_CPUID_FUNC macro

Drop SVM_CPUID_FUNC to reduce the probability of tests open coding CPUID
checks instead of using kvm_cpu_has() or this_cpu_has().
