Subject: [PATCH 3/4] cpufreq: qcom-hw: Remove deprecated irq_set_affinity_hint() call

commit 65c7cdedeb30 ("genirq: Provide new interfaces for affinity hints")

irq_set_affinity_and_hint() instead.
