I think "CPUINTC" should make more sense, maybe Huacai think "LoongArch"
is better, like "MIPS" in mips cpu irqchip driver, but I prefer 
"CPUINTC", like "LAPIC" of x86 and "GIC" of arm, a name of irqchip 
instead of a name of an architecture.
