Subject: [PATCH 09/11] KVM: selftests: Add ENCLS_EXITING_BITMAP{,HIGH} VMCS fields

The updated Enlightened VMCS definition has 'encls_exiting_bitmap'
field which needs mapping to VMCS, add the missing encoding.
