Since it's a problem only for the Tegra20 config, shouldn't it be:

-  select TEGRA20_APB_DMA if ARCH_TEGRA_2x_SOC
+  select TEGRA20_APB_DMA if (ARCH_TEGRA_2x_SOC && DMADEVICES)
