Subject: [PATCH] crypto: hisilicon/sec - fix inconsistent argument

The argument passed to sec_queue_aw_alloc() should be
SEC_QUEUE_AW_FROCE_NOALLOC instead of SEC_QUEUE_AR_FROCE_NOALLOC.
