Subject: [PATCH] perf/arm-cci: Use the bitmap API to allocate bitmaps

Use devm_bitmap_zalloc() instead of hand-writing it.
It is less verbose and it improves the semantic.

While at it, use bitmap_zero() instead of hand-writing it.
