Subject: [RFC][PATCH 2/3] drm: vgem: Enable SYNCOBJ and SYNCOBJ_TIMELINE on
vgem driver
Allows for basic SYNCOBJ api testing, in environments
like VMs where there may not be a supported drm driver.
