OK, it's really new API. That's why I cannot find it.
Due to there's no reply in several days, so I already submit the v6 as
my understanding.

The last is to use 'DEFINE_RUNTIME_DEV_PM_OPS'.
I think it's better than just to declare 'runtime_enable' and 'runtime_disable'.
This API also consider system suspend and resume.
