Subject: [PATCH] Input: synaptics-rmi4 - add support for F03

RMI4 F03 supports the Stick function,
it's designed to support relative packet.
This patch adds to support complete relative packet.
When timeout error or parity error happens,
sends 0xFE command to ask Re-send stick packet again.
Supports some conditions to filter wrong relative packet.
