This did not happen and that is why this else if condition was
introduced. But I had missed assigning the t->max_io_len in the ctr
which led to bio crossing the zone boundary.

With t->max_io_len set to zone_nr_sectors, we don't need the else if
condition and we can simplify the map_read.
