Subject: [PATCH 10/11] sh: mm: Convert to GENERIC_IOREMAP

Add hook ioremap_allowed() for sh's special operation when
ioremap(), then ioremap_cache() is converted to use ioremap_prot()
from GENERIC_IOREMAP.
