Subject: [PATCH 4/7] cpufreq: Add SM6115 to cpufreq-dt-platdev blocklist

The Qualcomm SM6115 platform uses the
qcom-cpufreq-hw driver, so add it to the cpufreq-dt-platdev driver's
blocklist.
