Subject: [RFC V3 PATCH 2/6] selftests: kvm: Add support for private memory

Add support for registering private memory with kvm using
KVM_SET_USER_MEMORY_REGION ioctl.

Helper function to query extended userspace mem region is introduced to
allow memory conversion.
