Subject: [PATCH] KVM: MIPS: remove unnecessary definition of KVM_PRIVATE_MEM_SLOTS

KVM_PRIVATE_MEM_SLOTS defaults to zero, so it is not necessary to
define it in MIPS's asm/kvm_host.h.
