Subject: [PATCH rcu 2/4] srcu: Add GP and maximum requested GP to Tiny SRCU rcutorture output

This commit adds the ->srcu_idx and ->srcu_max_idx fields to the Tiny
SRCU rcutorture output for additional diagnostics.
