Subject: [RFC PATCH RESEND 23/28] x86/mm: define ARCH_SUPPORTS_PER_VMA_LOCK
Set ARCH_SUPPORTS_PER_VMA_LOCK so that the per-VMA lock support can be
compiled on this architecture.
