Subject: [PATCH 4/4] PCI/PTM: Cache PTM Capability offset

From: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@...gle.com>

Cache the PTM Capability offset in struct pci_dev so we don't have to
search for it every time we enable/disable/save/restore. No functional
change intended.
