unevaluatedProperties were required due to usage of defs-allOf
(ba5d99609a5e ("regulator: dt-bindings: qcom,rpmh: document supplies per
variant")
).

Are you sure that it works correctly with additionalProperties?

Judging by errors it doesn't....
