I don't have any dts changes for this matter. To get a bootable device, for 
now, I just removed the IMX8MP_HDMIBLK_PD_HRV and IMX8MP_HDMIBLK_PD_HDCP power 
domains from imx8mp_hdmi_domain_data.

Is this removal a fix or just a workaround?
