Subject: [PATCH] nvmet-tcp: remove nvmet_tcp_finish_cmd

There is only a single call-site of nvmet_tcp_finish_cmd(), this
becomes redundant. Remove nvmet_tcp_finish_cmd() and use the original
function body instead.
