Subject: [PATCH v3] MIPS: pci: lantiq: switch to using gpiod API

This patch switches the driver from legacy gpio API to the newer
gpiod API.

Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@...il.com>

v3: fixed missing keyword struct, defined error temp variable
v2: actually compiles (proven to be a lie).
