Subject: [PATCH 27/34] dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom,sm8250: minor style cleanups

Drop "binding" from description (and align it with other Qualcomm
pinctrl bindings), drop redundant minItems, use double quotes
consistently and drop redundant quotes.
