Hi Martin,

I am able to reproduce this issue now. My test server was set to 
"iommu=pt", thus this issue did not show. Thanks a lot for helping me 
debug offline and providing useful logs.

To resolve the issue, the pci device pointer need to be used for 
dma_pool_create(). I am going to submit V8 patch series later.

And please use platform_device_register_resndata(struct device *parent, 
...) in init_xdma() and parent points to pci device.  I will update my 
example as well.
