As a personal guideline I split patches whenever I'd otherwise have to
document individual changes as bulletpoints: maybe that is applicable
here too?

Furthermore, this field is not just to describe changes, but also
justify them.  A proper explanation _why_ you're - for example - pinning
"1 crtc to 1 encoder" goes a long way.

Thanks for fixing is_cmd_mode; while at it should the other entries be
fixed as well that mix spaces and tabs and are completely misaligned?
