Subject: [PATCH 2/4] drivers/clocksource/hyper-v: Introduce TSC MSR register
structure
From: Stanislav Kinsburskiy <stanislav.kinsburskiy@...il.com>

This is a cleanup and precursor patch for upcoming support for TSC page
mapping into hyper-v root partition.
