Subject: [PATCH v5 20/24] selftests/rseq: Implement parametrized vm_vcpu_id test

Adapt to the rseq.h API changes introduced by commits
"selftests/rseq: <arch>: Template memory ordering and percpu access mode".

Build a new param_test_vm_vcpu_id, param_test_vm_vcpu_id_benchmark, and
param_test_vm_vcpu_id_compare_twice executables to test the new
"vm_vcpu_id" rseq field.
