We should delete kprobe_exceptions_notify,
Call kprobe_handler directly inside the do_bp function, just like any 
other mainstream architecture handler that simulates breakpoints.
I'm doing this with the hardware breakpoint framework, and I hope the 
software breakpoints will do the same.
