Subject: Re: [PATCH v6 04/11] cpufreq: amd_pstate: implement Pstate EPP

I suggest that we align the format like "cpufreq: amd-pstate:" as the
prefix of the subject like previous patches. Because it's there anywhere
even in the documentation file. I think it's not worth to change such as
minor update like amd-pstate to amd_pstate for all the files and comments.
So let's align the previous way.

The amd-pstate module depends on ACPI in the kconfig, so we won't need add
CONFIG_ACPI here.

X86_FEATURE_CPPC indicated the MSR support, but I believe the share memory
CPU also has the EPP, right?

May I know why amd processors also needs to set and update util hook?

I am confused why if (boot_cpu_has(X86_FEATURE_CPPC) is still inside of a
if (boot_cpu_has(X86_FEATURE_CPPC)).
