Subject: staging: vme_user: Replace the "<<" with BIT macro
Replace the "<<" operator with BIT macro, in accordance to the
checkpatch.pl script and Linux kernel coding-style guidelines.
Issues reported by checkpatch.pl:
CHECK: Prefer using the BIT macro
