Subject: [oracle-dtrace:kallmodsyms/6.1-rc4] [perf] e75694fed7:
 perf-sanity-tests.vmlinux_symtab_matches_kallsyms.fail

Greeting,

FYI, we noticed perf-sanity-tests.vmlinux_symtab_matches_kallsyms.fail due to commit (built with gcc-11):

commit: e75694fed7659c89b5321eca29484ebf1f3bd086 ("perf: proof-of-concept kallmodsyms support")
https://github.com/oracle/dtrace-linux-kernel kallmodsyms/6.1-rc4

in testcase: perf-sanity-tests
version:
with following parameters:

	perf_compiler: clang

on test machine: 8 threads 1 sockets Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz (Kaby Lake) with 32G memory

caused below changes (please refer to attached dmesg/kmsg for entire log/backtrace):

If you fix the issue, kindly add following tag

please be noted besides vmlinux_symtab_matches_kallsyms.fail we reported in
title, we also noticed perf-sanity-tests.Object_code_reading.fail on this
commit which is clean on parent.

        cd lkp-tests
sudo bin/lkp install job.yaml # job file is attached in this email
bin/lkp split-job --compatible job.yaml # generate the yaml file for lkp run
        sudo bin/lkp run generated-yaml-file

        # if come across any failure that blocks the test,
        # please remove ~/.lkp and /lkp dir to run from a clean state.
